Santa Cruz Cabrália recipient of another Ser Criança (To Be a Child) nucleus - 08.18.04
More than 100 boys and girls from the Tânia district of Santa Cruz Cabrália are now the beneficiaries of a new To Be a Child Project nucleus set up in the community in early August. With the new unit, a total of needy 1,550 youths are being helped by Veracel’s social projects in the municipalities of Belmonte, Eunápolis, Itabela, Itagimirim and Itapebi. Run together with the Popular Center for Culture and Development, the To Be a Child Project is designed to help children from 4-15 who are enrolled in the public school system.
